Samantha Young

Quality Assurance Director

Samantha came to IDL in 2016 with a multi-industry background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control focusing on problem solving, risk mitigation and performance analysis. She has successfully built and maintained Operational Quality Systems in areas of variable regulation. Combining her background and the heart of IDL’s Lean Manufacturing ideals, Samantha has proven success in ongoing continuous improvement endeavors to maintain high levels of quality in the ever-changing waters of the industry. Her expertise and focus are dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience in every engagement with IDL. She also shares a service minded passion for the employees at IDL and is invested in the success of each member of the IDL team. In addition to the role of Quality Assurance Manager, Sam is responsible for leading both the IDL customer-centric call center and employee engagement initiatives at IDL.
