Diana oversees the client services project management team, with 20 years of project management experience at IDL. Her entrepreneurial demeanor gets her engaged with new and existing clients, then off and running, leading a team to exceed client expectations and selling sleep. She is a futuristic thinker that excels in quick organization, building efficient processes and strong business strategy focus. No question; she is an achiever with a servants heart. She has worked intimately, with all our clients as they transition and onboard into our organization, sharing best practices and ensuring the process is smooth and successful.
